To facilitate access to housing for a very wide range of the population, we manage housing developments under any tenure regime, such as right-of-use, full or temporary ownership, etc.

We give advice to non-profit organizations and especially housing cooperatives.

Non-profit cohousing projects eliminate the maximising of profit and middle agencies, allowing the development of excellent housing in terms of quality and price.

Cooperatives enjoy full autonomy under the principles of voluntary membership based on variable capital and democratic management. Housing cooperatives are governed by Cooperative Law 12/2015.

Housing cooperatives provide housing, services or buildings to their members in any of the regimes permitted by law.

When the cooperative promotes various building projects, members of each project are only responsible for the projects they are part of, not for all the cooperative’s projects.
